All I did was make a picture that I thought would be good for the banner, then I went to my website and uploaded the picture and got the link to it. After that I went to the Fun Stuff page on Club Penguin and went to the Banners section, and took the HTML code to one of the banners and erased the link to the picture of the banner and typed in the link to the picture I made.
You have to win a contest on my site to get the password. And to make banners:
It’s pretty simple. I got it right on my first try, with no experience!
